Memorial services for Jay Douglas Partin will be held Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Okemah. Jay Douglas Partin was born on March 1st, 1973 in Henryetta, OK to Greg C Stacy & Janet Michelle Kendrick. He passed away on January 23rd, 2022 in Texhoma, Ok at the age of 48. Jay spent most of his life driving a semi for 25 years. His trips allowed him to spend time on the open road with his traveling buddy Rose. His other interested included testing the durability of his racing car and the barricade located within the race track. Anyone who knew Jay was touched by his kindness and humor. He was a generous person who made many friends. He married his soulmate Kathy on September 1st, 2018 He is preceded in death by his mother Janet Kendrick Partin, Grandparents JT & Ethel Kendrick Short & Ruby Stacy. Brother-in-law Timmy Henshaw. Survivors include his wife, Kathy Partin of the home, son Thomas Jay Partin and spouse, Lance Longhorn of Stillwater, Oklahoma; Daughter Sammi Schiltz and family; father and wife Greg & Brenda Stacy of Carrollton, Georgia; step-father and wife Bill & Judy Partin of Clinton, Tennessee his in-laws, Ora Lee and Louise Henshaw of Okemah, brother, Billy Partin and wife Amber of Chesapeake, Virginia and three sisters, Paula Bristow of Troy, Ohio, Angela Barr of Lyles, Tennessee and Jessica Vest and husband Daniel of Manistee, Michigan; one brother-in-law Chris Henshaw Helena, Ok Niece Morgan Billings & husband Austin; Nephews Christopher Henshaw Jr & Cecil Henshaw. his cousin who he thought of as a brother, Brian Walls and very close friend JR Murphy. his trucker dog Rose and fur babies Sophie, Cisco & Little Bit.
