Graveside services for Sarah Jean Levy will be held Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Kellyville City Cemetery with Rev. Mike Lewis officiating. Sarah Jean Levy was born June 13, 1989 in Tampa, Florida. She passed away Monday, March 7, 2022 at her home in Welty, Oklahoma at the age of 32. Sarah was a 2008 graduate of Paden High School and later attended Central Tech in Sapulpa. She, most recently, worked at Tractor Supply in Bristow for approximately 12 years. Sarah enjoyed shopping, reading, watching crime and mystery shows and fishing. Most of all, though, her proudest moment in her life was her daughter, Kaydan Grace Levy. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Sharon Dean and her grandfather, Jerl Vanderslice. Survivors include her daughter, Kaydan Grace Levy of the home; her parents, Joel and Vicky Vanderslice of Welty; her sister, Jodi Dander and Harbor Harjochee of Okemah; her grandmother, Betty Vanderslice of Welty and nephews, Gavyn, Hayden and Dylan. She is also survived by aunts and uncles, Carla Ajaz and husband, Mohammad, Gerald and Sis Vanderslice, James and Patricia Vanderslice, John Vanderslice and Brandi Marlin; her cousin, Rhaskinda Allison and husband Andy and their children, Logan and Landon and many more other cousins. Serving as pallbearers will be Andy Allison, Rasheed Ajaz, Jon Vanderslice, Jerl Vanderslice, James Vanderslice and Terry Wells. Services will be under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home.
